This completely renovated barn apartment with a private entry and a deck overlooking the paddocks provides lovely views in every direction. The spacious open floor plan features windows on all four sides makings it bright and airy – seeming to bring the outside in for your enjoyment. If you are an early riser, the morning sunrise over the farm is one of the most breath taking sights you will ever experience. In the afternoon, the sunset views from the back deck overlooking horses peacefully grazing in the fields are equally as special. The master bedroom features a very comfortable queen size bed and a huge walk-in closet. The over sized couch in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping space. The huge leather recliner is the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day in front of the brand new flat screen smart TV. Don’t forget to bring your login and passwords to take advantage of streaming Netflix, etc. over the fast wireless internet. In addition to the fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, a Keurig coffee maker and all of the equipment and appliances you will need to cook any meal you have in mind, the apartment also includes a full sized washer and dryer and a cozy office area just in case you have to work a little bit during your stay. Clear View is just a short drive to great restaurants and shopping in Landrum, Tryon, and Greer. It is 35 minutes to the GSP International Airport, Less than 30 minutes to the Tryon International Equestrian Center, 14 minutes to the show grounds at FENCE and less than 20 minutes to Harmon Field in Tryon. Great shopping, unique entertainment, good restaurants, well stocked grocery stores, a CVS pharmacy, a Verizon store, a real hardware store, and The Farm House – possibly the best tack shop you have ever walked into are all close by. Occasionally stalls and turnout paddocks may also be available so please inquire if interested.
