Payments
All reservations for properties rented or leased through CS Realty require an Advance Rent Deposit of 50% paid at the time of reservation. The reservation will not be considered confirmed or in full effect or enforceable until the Advance Rent Deposit is received. Final payments are due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If a rental period is within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due at the time of booking. All funds received are deposited in a non-interest bearing trust account at First Citizens Bank until disbursement.
Cancellations/Refund Policy
If a confirmed reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, a cancellation processing fee of $75.00 will be charged against funds received and remaining monies will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days prior to arrival, all funds received will be forfeited, unless the property can be re-rented for the cancelled period. Company has the right to cancel a reservation and issue a refund at any time for any reason.
